Now...A large area of light to moderate rainfall continues to fall across locations east of a line from honey grove to kaufman to goldthwaite. Brief periods of heavy rainfall are occurring within this area of rainfall. Localized flash flooding of low lying and flood prone areas is possible. Rainfall accumulations through 4 pm will range up to a third of an inch. Otherwise...Mostly cloudy and cool conditions will continue today. A cold front is slowly moving through north Texas. Temperatures will remain in the 50s and lower 60s.
