Finally got the lightning strike I was looking for on the WXnation webcam this morning. By looking at the second picture, you can see the bolt went around the tower and hit the bottom of it:

My wife and I just got back from visiting my parents, sister, niece and others in the Oklahoma City area (Midwest City). We enjoyed some great weather today, and a storm last night (at least one storm per trip to OKC is expected).
