Big D To Become Windy, Possibly Snowy, City: The Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears have the same record (5-9), they’ve both lost two straight, and the cities they play in have the same weather this week: cold and more cold. As of late Sunday night, it was 10 degrees in Chicago and 40 degrees at DFW.
