My Quick Look Back At 2004:
I’ve already included the Top 15 weather stories of the year, and the Top 40 visited pages on this site for the year in entries below, so I will mention some other things that I enjoyed in 2004:
Much-hyped release: U2 – How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb (My review here)
Less-known release: Bob Schneider – I’m Good Now
Weather-related release: Ryan Farish – Beautiful (Plays on Weather Channel’s Weather On The 8′s)
Small Technology: My favorite new gagets of the year:
XM Satellite Radio‘s Roady2 (note to XM listeners: here’s a great site that lets you track what’s playing on all or chosen channels)
iPod (bought in late 2003)
Dell Axim Pocket PC
Coast To Coast AM with George Noory and Art Bell Weekends kept me awake on many nights while updating this Web site
The Phil Hendrie Show kept me laughing after receiving my XM radio. Nice to hear him again as he’s no longer available over the airwaves in North Texas.
