UK braced for more severe weather
From TWC: The Weather Channel’s “Heat Week” special airs July 23-26 on “Abrams and Bettes: Beyond the Forecast” from 8-9 p.m. ET and “Evening Edition” from 9-11 p.m. ET. Topics will range from extreme heat and its impact on people, how the body breaks down with heat, the hottest jobs, and the question “Is extreme heat due to global warming?” will be answered. TWC correspondents will report live from various heat-stricken regions in the U.S. and will revisit the fatal 1995 Chicago heat wave.
