WXnation’s Top 40 Weather Days Of 2007: Winter storms in Jan., Feb., March and Dec. 2007 provided us with most of our biggest weather days (and all in the Top 10). An inactive hurricane season kept July to Nov. 2007 out of the Top 40.
Looking at the past years “big weather” days, perhaps it is an artic ice age we should actually be fearing? thirty-some odd of the big 40 events contained the words, “winter”,”ice” or “snow”.
On a personal note, Bill: Thank you for an excellent year of weather coverage, per usual. My, how this site has grown through the years… And we love checking in everyday.
Geoff — I’m on the same page, but now that I think about it, many of the site’s visitors might only be interested in seeing snow pile up on the webcams. I know I prefer seeing snow on a distant webcam to having to deal with it in my back yard… Thank you very much for the kind words, and Happy New Year!
