From the archives: My Sept. 19, 2003 entry into this blog on Isabel, which hit North Carolina with 100 mph winds. A few days later, KXAS-TV Meteorologist Rebecca Miller debunked the fake photo to the right, which claimed to be of Hurricane Isabel. To her amusement, I added a little something to it.
