Jeanne: It was Hurricane Jeanne on Thursday and, after dropping to a tropical depression, it is again a hurricane with maximum sustained winds of near 90 mph as of the 11 p.m. EDT Tuesday update. Jeanne, which has killed more than 700 in Haiti, is expected to meander between the Bahamas and Bermuda, before making a move toward the northeast and the U.S. later this week. The latest track suggests possible landfall in the Carolinas by early next week:
