Latest On Strengthening Hurricane Dennis: Dennis has weakened from a Category 4 to Cat. 3 hurricane over Cuba with 125 mph maximum sustained winds. It appears to be headed just west of the Florida Keys and then may hit the U.S. anywhere from Louisiana to Florida’s Panhandle.
