The Weather Channel Counts Down Year’s Top 5 Weather Stories: During “Evening Edition,” Dec. 11-15 from 9-11 p.m. ET. Storm Tracker Jim Cantore looks back at “deadly tornadoes, raging wildfires, record heat, river and flash flooding and significant snowstorms of the past year, revealing the top weather story of 2006 on Friday’s show.” Also beginning Monday night, Cantore will lead off each evening’s programming lineup by introducing “Storm Week,” a week of the year’s best episodes from “Storm Stories,” each night from 7-8 p.m. ET.
